Shipping and Returns

SHIPPING + DELIVERY

Orders placed for in-stock items ship within 3 business days from order placement. Orders placed before 5:00 PM using expedited shipping will leave our warehouse next business day.  Expedited shipping takes 2 business days to reach your destination.  We do not offer overnight or next day shipping.  Orders placed on Fridays, holidays or on weekends will begin processing on the following business day. Tracking numbers are e-mailed once package leaves warehouse.    

SHIPPING COSTS

We offer free standard shipping in the US on all orders over $99 and $7 shipping on all other orders.  Expedited shipping fees will be calculated at checkout.  

RETURN POLICY

Due to the nature of our products, we are unable to accept returns.  If any items in your box are missing or damaged, you must contact us within TWO business days of receiving your box and we will gladly replace those items via expedited shipping or issue a full refund.  

EXCHANGES

At this time, we do not accept exchanges unless items are damaged.  In such cases we will adhere to the return policy outlined above.
